Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

    • Domestic (USA & Canada): 3 - 5 business days

    • International: 5 + business days

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! However, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary and may be extended due to customs clearance.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information.

  • If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at [your email/contact info], and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.

  • Must be in original packaging. 

 

Address & Shipping Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
